Appointment Scheduling

  • Nose-to-tail physical exam
  • Weight, temperature, and heart check
  • Dental, skin, and joint evaluations
  • Personalized care recommendations

Arrival & Check-In

  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule to avoid delays for other patients.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards.
  • We do not offer payment plans or billing accounts.

Vaccination Requirements

  • Dogs and cats must be up to date on the Rabies vaccine.
  • Please bring current vaccination records or ask our team to request them from your previous clinic.

Pet Safety & Behavior

  • All pets must be on a leash or in a secure carrier upon arrival.
  • If your pet is anxious or reactive, please let us know when scheduling so we can plan accordingly.

Medications & Health History

  • Bring a list of current medications and supplements.
  • Let us know about any previous diagnoses, procedures, or known conditions so we can tailor your pet’s care — including chronic issues like diabetes, thyroid disorders, or Cushings, as well as any recent diagnostics such as bloodwork or ultrasound results.
