Política de citas perdidas
Nuestro objetivo es brindar atención individualizada de calidad de manera oportuna. Las ausencias, las presentaciones tardías y las cancelaciones incomodan a aquellas personas que necesitan acceso a atención veterinaria. Nos gustaría recordarle nuestra política con respecto a las citas perdidas.
Una cita perdida es cuando no se presenta a una cita sin una llamada telefónica o la cancela sin un aviso de al menos 24 horas.
Una relación veterinario/cliente se basa en la confianza y el respeto mutuos. Como tal, nos esforzamos por llegar a tiempo a sus citas programadas y le pedimos que nos llame por cortesía cuando no pueda asistir a su cita. Como cortesía, proporcionamos mensajes de texto recordatorios el día anterior y la mañana de su cita. Sin embargo, usted es responsable de recordar su cita independientemente. A continuación, se describen nuestras políticas de citas perdidas.
Cancelación de una cita: para ser respetuoso con las necesidades médicas de otros pacientes, sea cortés y llame a nuestra oficina de inmediato si no puede presentarse a una cita. Este tiempo se reasignará a alguien que necesite tratamiento. Si es necesario cancelar su cita programada, le solicitamos que llame con al menos 24 horas de anticipación. Las citas tienen una gran demanda y su cancelación anticipada permitirá que otro paciente acceda a la atención veterinaria oportuna.
Cómo cancelar su cita: Para cancelar su cita, llame al 574-355-3444. Si no se comunica con la recepcionista, puede dejar un mensaje detallado en nuestro correo de voz. Si desea reprogramar su cita, por favor deje su nombre y número de teléfono. Le devolveremos la llamada a la brevedad.
Cancelaciones tardías: Se considera que una cancelación es tardía cuando la cita se cancela sin previo aviso de 24 horas.
Política de no presentarse a la cita: Un "no llamado/no presentado" es un cliente que pierde una cita sin cancelarla. La falta de estar presente en el momento de una cita programada se registrará en el expediente del paciente como "no llamar/no presentarse". Esto incluye llegar 15 minutos después de su cita programada.
La primera vez que haya un “no call/no show” o cancelación fuera de plazo no habrá cargo para el cliente. Una segunda ocurrencia resultará en que se le cobre al cliente el costo de $15 por paciente programado y se le pedirá al cliente que pague por adelantado todas las citas futuras. La tercera ocurrencia puede resultar en que el cliente sea dado de baja de la práctica.

Entendemos que hay muchas razones por las que nuestros clientes pueden querer comprar medicamentos de minoristas en línea o farmacias externas en lugar de comprarlos directamente a nosotros. Para ayudarlo a tomar la decisión más informada para su mascota, queremos dejar muy claro que le recomendamos que compre productos solo en una farmacia veterinaria debidamente acreditada y certificada. Apoyamos absolutamente la decisión de nuestros clientes de elegir dónde obtener los medicamentos para sus mascotas y estamos felices de atender una solicitud para hacerlo. Tercero, creemos que es mejor un medicamento con documentación escrita de una receta que se surta fuera de nuestra clínica. Privacy Policy
Your information and privacy are important to you and to Preventative Pet Health of Michiana. This Privacy Policy explains when it applies, how we use and do not use your information,
and how we keep it safe.
This Privacy Policy is effective May 29, 2025 and applies to Preventative Pet Health of Michiana and its affiliates. In this Privacy Policy, references to “Preventative Pet Health of Michiana,” “affiliates,” “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to “Preventative Pet Health of Michiana.”
